We believe the proposed project is viable for the following reasons:

- the domain of application is of great interest nowadays, but also in the future, as ensuring minimum energy consumption and the use of renewable energy sources is a priority at European level;

- the resulting computer system will be transferred for post-project exploitation to the partner CO  INCERC

- the information in the databases of the system as well as the exploitation of the built pilot model will have to be brought up to date after the project is finalized as expert teams will study and establish new solutions of elements with active or passive energy recovery contributing to attaining the objective of zero energy consumption building.
